  • Returns & Exchanges Policy

    When you purchase from AshaLoo, I want you to love what you've ordered! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges on items returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they're unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    Here's how the process works:

    Exchanges:

    If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

    1. Fill out our online returns form (here) and submit it by pressing the

    "Submit' button. It's important we have a hard copy as well, so please print it out and include it in the return parcel.

    If access to a printer is unavailable, you may manually transcribe all the information from the return form onto a blank sheet of paper.

    2. Package your item carefully -

    Clothing - make sure it's in its original, unworn condition.

    3. Send it back to us at the following address:

    Please note: Customers are

    responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and providing a prepaid, pre-addressed mailer bag to send the garment back in.

    Refunds for Faulty Garments:

    If your item is faulty, I will be happy to issue a refund. Just get in touch with me. I will assess the fault and make sure you're

    taken care of.
